Thanks to GrandPa Greg, Nathan and I had an great New Years Eve. Grandpa Greg so graciously came to stay with Wyatt for the evening after we got Lauren down to bed. It was a last minute arrangement after Nonna got sick. I'm not usually one for New Years, but we had lots of fun this year. A friend of ours is one of the lead people managing a high rise in Buckhead. She had cocktails and appetizers for us in one of the unsold condominiums prior to dinner reservations at 9. We had a dinner at a Buckhead Life Restaurant on the bottom floor with a group of great friends, celebrated New Years in the restaurant with blow horns and confetti and then headed back to the condo for some late night dancing. We started the night being careful with the floors. Everyone wore little cloth socks over our feet. By the end of the dance party, however, there was hardly a thread of fabric covering the bottom of anyone's shoes.

The view was amazing!! It was funny for Nathan and I because we once stayed in one of the tallest buildings in Buckhead. This condo towered the hotel now, and we just looked down on it. I think we were on the 46th floor.
