First Meal

Lauren had cereal for the first time tonight. I would love to say it was the first thing to enter her mouth, but a week or so ago Wyatt informed me that Lauren liked animal crackers. Sure enough, when I went to Lauren, she had a few tiny pieces of animal crackers in her mouth. The life of a second born child is always an adventure!!

I was told by an allergist that it was best to wait until 6 months to introduce cereal/solids to minimize allergies. With Wyatt, we did that. With Lauren, we decided to do it a little early. She seemed to really like it. She would open her mouth for more! She was not quite as neat as Wyatt, but she did a great job. Wyatt was pretty good at feeding her too!!!
