30 months - 30 facts

I can't believe it, but Wyatt is now two and a half. Since he has not gotten any monthly updates, I have decided to do 30 fun facts about Wyatt! I picked 30 for the 30 months he has blessed us by living his life!!

1. Wyatt has a way about him that can melt just about any one's heart. How? Well, if he grows close to you and decides he loves you; he will tell you over and over again.
2. Wyatt loves to eat cereal, and will "show you" exactly what cereal he wants, how much, in what bowl and with what spoon.
3. Wyatt LOVES to snuggle. When he was a small baby, Nathan and I would joke that I was hot toast and he was my butter. Any time he gets in your arms, his little body just molds into your body.
4. Wyatt loves his sister very much and tells her that he loves her (without any parental encouragement) several times a day. She also gets lots of kisses daily. I think this is the reason they have shared every cold this winter.
5. Wyatt is also very fond of his grandparents (MiMi, Papa, Nonna, Grandpa Greg and Enzo). He often asks to go see them and would love to spend the night with each of them every week if it were possible.
6. Wyatt loves to run. His Aunt Shesha can verify this. She takes him on runs and we will have her to thank if he gets a cross country scholarship when he grows up. He constantly wants to race me, his daddy and other kids. The funny thing is that sometimes the other child may not know they are in a race. There has been a few times at the playground when Wyatt will see someone running. He will drop what he is doing and take off running past them as he says "One, two, go." He then looks at me with this grin as to say -Mommy, I won!!!
7. Wyatt loves all sports - "daddy ball" (golf), "puppy ball" (tennis), "Georgia Ball" (football), and soccer. I hope and pray he continues to be interested in sports. From what I can tell, he is pretty good. This is, however, coming from his mom!! Everyone's child is brilliant, advanced and great at everything they do....right?? Only time will tell!!
8. Wyatt loves to play with his cousins. I mean he LOVES it!!
9. Wyatt loves chocolate milk and orange juice.
10. Wyatt loves to make up songs to the tune of Jingle Bells.
11. Wyatt loves to be rocked at night and requests that you sing. The only thing is that you have to sing songs that he wants you to make up. He will dictate exactly what words you need to put in the tune.
12. Wyatt LOVES to help - cleaning, cooking, changing diapers, yard work, you name it!!! He is usually pretty good at it too!! He now has a chore chart and gets a sticker each time helps!!
13. Wyatt is VERY observant. He just sits back and soaks things in. We have to be really careful. He is also a parrot at times and repeats every thing you say.
14. Wyatt is often shy at first when around new people or a group of people. Once he warms up, the shyness disappears.
15. Wyatt's favorite TV shows are Little Einsteins and Super Why.
16. Wyatt's favorite place to go is the pool and the playground.
17. Wyatt still uses some words that he first created when he was 14 months old - for example: choo choo for cereal, weee for swing. He knows and can say the real word. We just prefer to use the old!! :)
18. Wyatt refuses to eat vegetables. I hear it is a common two trait. It stresses mommy out!!
19. Wyatt loves the Georgia Bulldogs and insists on wearing his "Georgia Ball Shirt" every day. I have to hide it!!
20. Wyatt loves to play with trains, cars and trucks. Transportation.
21. Wyatt loves to take showers and baths.
22. Although I sometimes blog about terrible two moments, he has actually had very few. Overall, Wyatt is a very well behaved little boy. Nathan and I are truly blessed.
23. Wyatt is a sensitive little boy.
24. Wyatt loves to line things up - shoes, trains, cars and more. At first (when he was under one) it freaked me out because, being a school psychologist, I worried about Autism. That's an autistic feature. Now, I am 100% confident that he is not Autisic and try to encourage his natural tendency to organize.
25. Wyatt loves to show up in our room during the middle of the night as he says, "I wanna sleep in mommy and daddy bed."
26. Wyatt's favorite foods include: pizza, Chuck-la-lee (Chick-fil-A) and Mexican.
27. Wyatt loves to read books.
28. Wyatt loves to point to cars on the road and tell you who's car it it. For example - he points to every Jeep Cherokee -Daddy's car; every Honda Accord- Nonna's car, ect.
29. His favorite words that we hear on a daily basis.....Love You Much.
30. Wyatt is an amazing little boy. Nathan and I thank God every day for blessing us with such an amazing little boy. There are truly no words that could express the love we feel for him.

Happy 1/2 Birthday WyWy. We love you buddy!!!
