First Days of School

Old news, but I just had to share!! Wyatt experienced his first day of school. I'll have to say that not only did he shed a few tears when I left, but I did too. I couldn't help it - my little boy is old enough to go to school!! In order to make myself feel better, I had to remember that many children go to daycare as young as 6 or 12 weeks old. As Nathan has told me, this experience will be good for him. He attended one class before Lauren arrived. Since her arrival, my mom has taken him each day. He only goes 2 days a week. From what I hear, he has quickly adjusted and appears to really enjoy his time at school. He still gets teary when he is first dropped off, but quickly joins his class and becomes tear free! :) When he gets home, he always has stories to share about the slides and the temporary tatoos (stamps) on his legs.
